Caged City

This is part of the 22hrs in NYC series, I took this at the 86th floor observation deck of the Empire State Building, I'm not sure why the bars look a bit translucent in some sections, I think its the metal reflecting the river and other areas that are very bright. I guess I could have photoshop fixed this, but I don't really do much of that.
